Returns of Regularly Priced Items

For all regularly priced items, you have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us at support@onetrailgear.com to start the process.

We will provide a return label for the item(s) being sent back. The cost of the provided label will be $5.95.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns of BOGO Items

Any item purchased during a Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) offer may be returned for (i) an exchange or (ii) a refund of the purchase price plus tax where applicable (shipping charges excluded). 

Exchanges: Items from a BOGO offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original price of the exchanged item at the time of order. Any price and/or tax difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Please see the exchange example below. 

Returns: Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as a pair. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair, making the lower-priced item free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new return value equal to half the order total for the two items (excluding shipping charges and tax where applicable). Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will result in a refund of the return value of the returned item (plus applicable tax) less the cost of return shipping to your original method of payment.
